Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
Important: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs office.
We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Charges vary by country and are assessed at the discretion of your local customs office.
If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned or destroyed, we are not responsible for any losses and will be unable to issue a refund for shipping or the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery times or delays. Please reach out to your local postal service if tracking shows a delay.
