Welcome to Zen’s Little Market! Please read our store policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days if the items are in stock. Pre-order items might take longer time to be delivered.

  • Delivery Time: Usually takes 2–5 business days within Korea via Korea Post.

  • International orders are also handled via Korea Post. Shipping times and tracking availability may vary by region.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped.

  • Shipping Fee: Within South Korea - $3. Worldwide: $35 or free shipping over $200.

2. Payment

3. Pre-Orders

We occasionally offer pre-order items for upcoming or limited-edition products.

  • Full Payment Required: All pre-order items must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Partial payments or deposits are not accepted.

  • Estimated Delivery Dates: Delivery dates listed for pre-orders are estimates and may change depending on the manufacturer, supplier, or customs delays.

  • Combined Shipping: If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives, unless otherwise requested (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • Cancellations: Pre-orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable after payment, unless the item becomes unavailable from the supplier.

4. Exchanges & Returns

We follow the 전자상거래 소비자 보호법 (Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act).

Return Policy:

  • You may return unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Opened packaging or used items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods (if any)

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must follow the return process instead.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

  • Sizes are measured manually and may have a ±1–2cm difference.
